Savvy in Silicon Valley is a local's guide to all the best service providers in the South Bay.  How many times have you been in search of a new doctor, a cool spa, a reliable electrician, an exceptional restaurant, a preschool for your child, even a great new book to read -- but have no idea where to find one?  You don’t want to randomly pick someone or something out of the yellow pages or take your chances on a “random internet search.”  Your time and money are precious and you don’t want to waste either of them on a bad experience.  Well who always comes through for you in a bind?  YOUR FRIENDS!  So this guide is for you  … FOR FRIENDS referred to you BY FRIENDS!

If you are new to Silicon Valley this book will prove to be your best friend.  If you've lived here for years I guarantee you'll discover some great new treasures to take advantage of.

This year we'll be adding a section For the Guys including real-life reviews on all the best local golf courses, sports venues, barbers, laser hair removal (eek!) and much more.  We'll have more information on local youth sports opportunties and simply more referrals in each of the categories listed above as well as new categories.  So stay tuned!

Don't forget to help your fellow buddies out.  If you have a GREAT find or service provider that has offered EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE and SATISFACTION….let us all know about it.  Be sure to send an email to:

savvyinsv@sbcglobal.net

and I’ll include your referrals. Don't forget to send this website to all your friends too.  I'm sure they'll love all the great information.  Here's to Stayin' Savvy in 2007!!!!

We are currently out of hard copy books at this time, but send an email to savvyinsv@sbcglobal.net if you'd like to be notified when the next edition is avaiable.

Proceeds from book sales thus far have raised over $600 to benefit the following organizations:  San Jose Family Shelter, World Help, Habitat for Humanity, Las Madres and several local elementary schools
